Wish I didn’t have to give them a star horrible staff and they charged me for something I never got and when I went back the employee was very rude

Great place for simple authentic Mexican food! The breakfast burritos are a little sloppy but have excellent flavor! Nice place for a quick bite though!

I hate this Santiago's!! They get my order wrong enough for me not to buy from this location any more. Inconsistent charging for the same items. If you want to be over charged and not get all the items you ordered then go ahead and dine here.

Decent food at reasonable prices. The long lines are there for a reason.

Breakfast burritos are skinny, no potatoes in them. The medium salsa is good and spicy. Quick service.

I love Santiago's! Sometimes hotter than others. Can't really go wrong with anything. 2 Small combos feed my fam of 4. (2 boys, 2 girls) PLENTY of food. Breakfast burritos are very good. Decent price. Definitely worth trying.

I remember when Santiago's was running the burrito game. Now they're always out of the first 2 things you order and what you do get is so dissatisfying that well let's just say Santiago's of the past you will be missed.

DBC has a really cool vibe inside. Love that the coffee is self serve and the mugs are all different. The menu was really difficult to look at... Because there were too many delicious choices to choose from! We just knew we needed something with a freshly made biscuit, so a biscuit sandwich is what we went with. We asked for recommendations from our waitress and were not disappointed.

Drove 15 minutes out of our way to come here just to be told they wouldn’t make us a burrito with potato and bacon b/c my spouse is allergic to egg. Ordered two breakfast burritos: one with egg, one without. They said no.

Normally I love the breakfast burritos at this place! However, I love bacon on my breakfast burritos. So if you don't go to this one on Wednesday (it was a Friday) you can't have what you like. I was very rudely told that they only have bacon on Wednesdays or on the weekends if the "chef" feels like making them. That's okay, there's plenty of other breakfast burrito places around Denver. So long Santiago's. It's been a great 10-year run

I wish I would have timed how long we were the only people in the drive thru, the lady said I’ll be right with you twice, there was no one else in line, and she literally never helped us or responded when we continually said hello... are you coming back.... we ended up driving away after 15 minutes of her not responding or helping us.... it was the strangest thing and very disappointing.

The burritos were real sloppy they threw them together real fast.

I don't come here too often, but when I do they are the best set of girls (I've only had girls help me at the window) I order the same thing everytime Chicken Indian Taco 1/2 & 1/2 chili on the side with a side of rice. I get the chili on the side because of the long drive to work I don't want it soggy you know, and they don't get mad or complain so compliments to all the crew behind the window in those small quarters they all work in. Famous for its green chili, Santiago’s Mexican Restaurant is a family favorite for weekend breakfast burritos. This location only offers drive-though service. The food always fresh and inexpensive. I always go for the hot breakfast burritos, but you can ask for the half if you need to tame down the heat. Another favorite is the smothered crispy chile relleno!

This is a Colorado must try food stop. The breakfast burritos are as good as they are inexpensive. The green chili is very spicy, so be warned. You can always order 1/2 and 1/2 or mild.

Just ordered a shredded beef burrito to go they gave me a hamburger burrito. I've been getting shredded beef burritos here for yrs. Looked at my order before I left but couldn't see what kind of meat was inside. When I brought it back they said we've never had shredded beef burritos here which was a lie!!! If they no longer have shredded beef burritos why didn't they tell me this when I ordered it??? Very bad communication on their part! They gave me my money back but should have offered me a substitute for my inconvenience of having to drive there and back for there mistake or should I say " incompetence". Immature staff that lies!

We love this place and eat here regularly. On this trip we ordered 6 breakfast burritos (3 Hot & 3 Mild) they were delicious and the chili was hot!

Never disappointing, Santiago's is an all time favorite. I like that this one has a drive thru. I gave them 4/5 stars only because the person who took my order was a bit dry and rushing me. I get it, the drive thru was busy but it's not like I was chit chatting about the weather. If it wasn't for the food, man... But over all I enjoyed my carnitas burrito w chilli.

We love Santiago’s but the past at least 3 times we have gone they have messed up one of more parts of our order. We check it when we get home since the bags are tied so tight and are usually disappointed to see that the food is not what we ordered.

This is the best fast food Mexican burrito in the state. And a local company to boot. Love it.

Chicken enchiladas, chili cheese fries, guacamole salad, and stuffed sopapilla soooo good!

The beans are good but I would describe these burritos as "pinner joint" burritos. Meh better off going to tamale kitchen half a block away.

Love love Santiago's, on my way to work this is my daily stop for 2 breakfast Burritos and lunch order. The chili is hot but not too spicy if you get the half and half. This location is just a drive thru and gets very packed. Even though there are 2 sides, definitely worth the wait though!!

Disappointed today ordered a smothered burrito and hardly had any chili that it was dry It’s supposed to be smothered in chili ☹️

You're pretty much guaranteed to wait at least 10 minutes in line but it's worth it. Always delicious and consistent!

Decent food, good prices, nice staff, but very long wait times.

I have literally never heard someone who has had Santiago's state that they dislike it. Dank does not even begin to cover it. I get a carnitas burrito deluxe, smothered: half & half and a large lemonade with a side of chicharrones. Sometimes if I'm feeling like an extra fatty ill ask them to put the chicharrones inside the burrito. If you want indisputable evidence Santiago's is a better deal than Chipotle just order a Chips & Salsa at both and prepare to be flabbergasted. Seriously, Chipotle gives you pretty much the same amount of Salsa that Santiago's gives you for ONE taco, whereas the latter gives you enough to enjoy your entire bag of chips as you wanted to.Honestly I have smoked since I was 15 (so about 12 years) and if you don't like Santiago's your tastebuds are more jacked up than mine.

I waited in line for more than 30 minutes only to go home and have the wrong order. I wanted bacon breakfast burritos; got something else instead...some type of meat in the burritos! I specifically asked for bacon and the lady said yes. Thanks a lot!!! They want you to check your order before you leave, so to avoid going home with the wrong order. Should I take a bite of a burrito first before I leave?!? The f*#**$!
